At TheRealBoujeeBundles, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality virgin hair bundles. However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return a product. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.

Eligibility

We will only accept returns for unworn hair extensions in their original condition within 7 days of receiving your delivery. To be eligible for a return, all black hair ties/elastic(s) must still be attached and uncut, and the extensions must be unaltered. Please note that we will NOT accept altered extensions, extensions with broken hair ties, or extensions with cut or missing elastic(s).

Refunds

If your return meets the eligibility criteria, you will be reimbursed the cost of the item(s) at the time of purchase, including any sales tax paid for the item(s). However, please note that shipping costs and associated shipping taxes will not be reimbursed. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us using the contact information provided below. 

Exceptions

It is important to adhere to our return policy to ensure a successful return. Failure to do so may result in your return being denied, and the item will be shipped back to you. Please note that we will not give refunds or credits for the following:

• Returning hair extensions with black ties cut or unattached
• Returning used or altered products and hair extensions
• Returning final sale items
• Hot Tools, unless a warranty is purchased or the item is defective. If you receive a defective hot tool, please email us at boujeebundles.products@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. The item cannot have any visible defects or damages.
• No return 30 days after Delivery
